AAs – which in Hindi means “Hope”– was established in May 2005 to create a child- friendly world for every child. A child friendly world where children have access to each and every resource to ensure their Survival, Development, Protection and Participation.
We believe that Child development and protection could not be achieved by only working with children but this should be a comprehensive approach where all the stakeholders join hands to address various cross cutting issues affecting the child development.

How to Create a Child Friendly World?
A cooperative effort including all parties involved—directly or indirectly—is required to create an environment that is child-friendly. This grandiose aim may be achieved piecemeal, starting with the development of amiable people. After becoming aware of how crucial it is to safeguard children, these people will encourage others to have similar beliefs and actions, which will continue the cycle of advocacy and action.
The conversion of homes into caring settings that put children’s overall development and well-being first is essential to this project. A foundation for the development of kid-friendly communities is established when households are filled with love, support, security, and growth possibilities. This mindset will ultimately spread throughout whole countries, resulting in the realization of a society that is genuinely child-friendly—one in which every kid is given the respect, care, and chances they need to flourish.
